Case Study 2

De Panache Interiors
Two years of growth: August 2024 – August 2026

My role: content strategy, video direction, performance marketing and founder branding.

About De Panache
De Panache is a luxury interior design firm in Bangalore. Its projects start at ₹25 lakh (roughly US$30K), so every lead matters, and the brand has to look as good as the work.

Where we started
In August 2024, the brand had about 6,000 Instagram followers, 10,000 YouTube subscribers and 1,000 LinkedIn followers. Interior design is a niche where people buy with their eyes, so the goal was to make the brand look as premium online as the interiors are in person, and turn that attention into serious enquiries.

What happened

What I did

  • Instagram: I pitched video ideas built to travel and planned aesthetic content for the interior niche. I also set up collaborations with popular architecture and interior design pages across India and with well-known Karnataka influencers.

  • YouTube: I coordinated and directed the video team and ran Demand Gen and subscriber-growth campaigns.

  • Meta Ads: I ran awareness campaigns, plus lead generation aimed at high-ticket clients.

  • LinkedIn: I built the founder’s personal brand with regular posts and long-form Pulse articles that ranked on Google; ranked 3rd in top interior design companies list in India(in terms of followers and engagement).

  • Houzz and Quora: I planned the content, wrote Quora articles and grew organic reach.

  • PR: the work earned features in several digital architecture magazines and pages.

Why it worked?

  • Aesthetics first: the content was planned to look good, because that’s what this audience responds to.

  • Video ideas designed to travel: short videos built to be shared, not just posted.

  • The right collaborators: architecture and interior pages, plus Karnataka influencers who reach the actual buyers.

  • Several channels working together: Instagram and YouTube for attention, Meta lead-gen for enquiries, and LinkedIn, Google and PR for credibility.

Authority beyond the follower count
The founder’s LinkedIn articles ranked well in Google search. The firm also ranked 3rd among top interior design companies on LinkedIn and got features in several architecture publications. Together these made it easier for a buyer to trust the brand before the first call.

Leads that matter
The Meta lead-generation campaigns brought in 20–25 leads a week, and at least 2–3 of them converted. At a minimum project value of ₹25 lakh, that makes each conversion a serious one.

Where it stands today (October 2026)

The Takeaway

Nothing here was luck. Consistent, good-looking content, the right partners and a clear route from attention to enquiry grew all three channels and brought in high-value leads.
